📦 Yearn Shipping Policy - B2C

At Yearn, we craft and deliver unique mirrors with care and attention to detail. Below is our shipping and returns policy for all orders placed directly through our online store. For orders placed through one of our retail partners, please follow the retailer's specific delivery and returns policies.


🚚 Shipping Coverage

  • UK Mainland: We offer free delivery on all orders to UK Mainland addresses.
  • UK Offshore: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: While we primarily ship domestically, international delivery may be available on request. Please contact us directly for a bespoke quote: sales@yearnglass.co.uk

⏳ Processing & Lead Times

  • Each of our mirrors is crafted or sourced with care, and lead times may vary depending on the item.
  • Estimated lead times are clearly displayed on each product page. Please refer to these before placing your order.

📅 Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–7 days, depending on the product and location.
  • Some items may qualify for expedited or express delivery, if stated on the product page.

🚛 Delivery Partners

  • All orders are fulfilled using Yearn-selected delivery partners chosen for their reliability and service.
  • We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your mirror arrives in perfect condition.

📦 Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Tracking details (where available) will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, our customer support team is happy to help.
  • Please ensure delivery information is entered accurately. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery fees.
  • Larger items may require scheduling a delivery window — we will contact you directly if this applies.

🔄 Yearn Returns & Refunds Policy – B2C

At Yearn, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our mirrors. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following returns and refunds information.


🕒 Return Period

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 14-day notification / 30-day return window.
  • You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided that you notify us within the first 14 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Notification must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Once you notify us, you then have an additional 16 days (to make up the full 30-day return period) to return the item.
  • Items returned without prior notification within the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  • The mirror must be unused, in saleable condition, and securely packaged in the original protective packaging.
  • Returns can be refused if the original packaging has been discarded.
  • Note: Custom-made or bespoke mirrors are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

🚚 Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@yearnglass.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Due to the fragile nature of our products, collections/returns are scheduled by our couriers of choice to ensure safe arrival.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Unwanted returns have a collection charge of £29, which will be deducted from your refund.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was delivered.
